These Terms govern access to the PumpCopy website, accounts, software, educational content, paper workflows, and any later trading features. By using PumpCopy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the service.

You must be legally able to enter these Terms and use the service where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, your credentials, connected wallets, devices, activity, and compliance with applicable law.

PumpCopy provides software and information, not personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Wallet history, classifications, paper results, and educational materials do not guarantee an outcome.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, evade controls, interfere with infrastructure, access another account, introduce malicious code, scrape against published restrictions, or use PumpCopy for unlawful activity.

  • Respect system and rate limits
  • Do not bypass execution locks
  • Follow applicable law

Third-party services and blockchain risk

Wallets, Solana, RPC providers, venues, tokens, and Pump.fun are third-party systems outside PumpCopy's control. Their availability, security, fees, rules, and outputs can change or fail.

Availability, changes, and termination

PumpCopy may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict accounts that violate these Terms or create security or legal risk. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.

PumpCopy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pump.fun or the Solana Foundation. Product and protocol names identify the independent ecosystems discussed.
